Welcome to Athletic Heroes! This program is designed to support young tennis players, ages 5 to 14, in building a strong athletic foundation specifically for tennis. Whether you’re just starting out or aiming to take your game to the next level, this program provides essential physical conditioning that enhances strength, speed, skill, stamina, and flexibility. What to Expect: Comprehensive Conditioning: You’ll develop core athletic abilities that are vital for tennis success, improving your fitness to be faster, stronger, and more agile on the court. Phased Progression: Phase One: Harnessing Power – Develop a strong foundation by generating force through specific exercises. Phase Two: Controlling Power – Learn to balance and control the power you’ve developed. Phase Three: Unleashing Power – Challenge yourself with advanced drills to push your physical limits. Interactive Learning: Each session includes videos, quizzes, and checkpoints to ensure you’re mastering each skill before moving forward. Community and Support: Connect with other players to share progress, ask questions, and cheer each other on!
